Our entire experience with lazy boy was excellent! From the moment we walked in the door and met Kristy to having Jonathan come to our home to help with decorating to our delivery, EVERYTHING was absolutely incredible! My couch arrived and was even more beautiful than it was in the store. The style is great and the quality was what I had expected. The delivery was very smooth and on time. Everyone was professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
We had a wonderful experience yesterday picking out 5 pieces of furniture. Our salesperson was very knowledge and very helpful and we appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. We highly suggest you give them a chance to help with your furniture needs. We are glad we did.
As soon as we entered the store, we were met by an associate. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us what was on the floor and let us know if we did not see anything we were interested in she would continue to help us find what we wanted. When we made a final decision, she was very competent in preparing the proper paperwork to place our order. She explained very clearly the terms of our order. What we liked very much, she advised us once the furniture arrived to look it over very carefully and not accept the furniture if it did not meet our expectations. Looking forward to receiving our order.
The store had great employees. The guys that delivered the furniture we're wonderful. I do need someone to get the squeak out of the rocking chair
