Absolutely amazing customer service at this location all across the board! Kitty who assisted in checking out was upbeat, amazing personality and easy to talk to. Colin I believe his name is was a manager and the same goes for him, extremely nice and an awesome leader! The reason I came into this location was to work with Alice to help design our kitchen and she was absolutely terrific! My husband and I loved her attention to detail, her knowledge on products, her amazing ideas to enhance our space, and not to mention an absolutely spectacular kitchen design!!! Think of Home Depot then substitute ruffian contractor types (like myself) with pleasant housewives and husbands with honey-do lists.
My wife and I went there to buy a new carpet. Now one was in the flooring sections. Someone leaving off of there shift instructed use to press the call service button and someone will be with use. Pressed and waited for 20 minutes while other employees walked passed without offering to help. Finally went over to an amazing manager name Jennifer Tyson and she killed it. Helped us out with everything that we needed and went above and beyond. My wife and I truly appreciate you help!
