Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

So far my husband and I feel as though we’ve hit jackpot with Bobs furniture. The quality of their furniture and mattresses are hard to beat; especially with their affordable pricing! The associates at this location are very professional, knowledgeable and have great customer service. My husband and I were pleased to work with Marcus and Nate who both were patient and very helpful with our purchases. I would and already do recommend this place to friends/loved ones and anyone who’s looking for both affordable and quality furniture and mattresses!

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was very difficult to schedule delivery, and once my sectional couch arrived, it did not fit together properly. The delivery guys said there was nothing they could do about it, and that I would have to schedule a service technician. They were also so rough with the furniture that they scratched my hardwood. (So glad I paid extra for the White Glove Delivery.)nAs soon as they left, I called customer service to schedule a technician and waited on hold for a full 60 minutes before anyone answered. After the representative scheduled my service, I was put on hold for 55 more minutes to speak with a different representative about my hardwood. This man took 30 minutes to incorrectly file a claim that never even went through. The next day I had to call back, wait on hold, and describe the situation again to have the claim put through correctly. After still not hearing back, I emailed the claims department about the issue and I have still not been contacted about getting my hardwood fixed.nI was also told that the service technician would be able to come in the afternoon the day of my service so that I would be home from work to let him in. Apparently this was a lie- they are not able to guarantee any kind of time frame for service. So now I’m rescheduling my service again, and wasting another day off on dealing with this couch.nI just wonder how many hours of my life this company will end up wasting.

My husband and I are new to the area and just bought our first house. So as you can imagine we are starting from scratch with furniture. We walked into a few furniture stores before walking into Bobs for our first time and have to say we were surprised. We aren’t ones who really want a huge welcoming at the door or being shown around but we were introduced to a sales associate named Andrea who we literally could have thought she was a good friend of ours already! She was literally the nicest person I could ever want to do business with. She asked us what we were looking for and gave us some recommendations. My husband and I were in about 3 or 4 times until we finally made our decision and we made sure she was going to be there every time as we didn’t want to work with anyone else! The prices beat everyone else’s prices and the quality of the furniture is super nice and comfy. I will be taking many of naps on our new couch! I can’t wait until it comes! Picked out some nice furniture for a good price with friendly staff

I scheduled an appointment to come in and I knew exactly what I wanted. My salesperson Andrea respected that and helped me make decisions on the recliners. No sales tactics or pressures, just gave me the information and let me decide. I liked that a lot! Overall I am very pleased with my trip to Bob's Discount Furniture and would definitely come back.
