Rick the owner a good guy. He is slick talker but he will get you what you need and we refer him to our friends and they liked this place too.
Rick was so helpful to my clerk and I regarding the model microwave which would fit into our kitchen. I purchased it on Saturday, 10/1 and it was installed today 10/6 by Matt and Charley. They were prompt, polite and very easy to work with. Even used a shop vac to clean the floor and cabinet above the appliance.
Matt is the man. Called in for a new fridge. He was able to meet my buget. I got more than I wanted. The attention and time he took was way better than going to a big box store. Thanks Matt for making it easy!!!
My Husband and I went to Voss to look for a new fridge. Ours was not working well and we knew we would need to replace it soon. Once we got home that same day, our fridge had completely stopped working. We emailed Tracy at Voss on a Sunday, Rick ordered our new fridge on Monday, and Voss delivered our fridge on Tuesday morning. We were so impressed with how quickly they were able to help us, and the price was very fair! Thank you Tracy and Rick!
