This is a 2 truck operation based out of a manufactured home. The owner is inexperienced, unprofessional and treats this company as a hobby rather than a trucking company. Her equipment is in tired condition and requires frequent, time consuming repairs in the local diesel shop by incompetent mechanics. It is difficult for a driver to maintain consistent work while using enreliable equipment. She offers no health insurance, retirement such as a 401K or paid time off. Her turnover rate is extremely high when compared to most other trucking companies and the reasons for this are obvious. Save yourself, do not work for Big Red Truck, Inc.!
