Friendly service good selection
Nice place, bought a box spring and the staff was AWESOME!! Found out that I couldn't get the box spring up my stairs, so I had to take it back. They gave me NO HASSLE, and I was honest about the scuffs on the spring. I will go back, cause my next purchase is a couch!!
I have shopped there many times and this visit was no exception. I like the new layout since the store was remodeled. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Recommended business. :)
I’m disappointed for the customer service experience I received today.... I was looking to buy furniture on hand. I went to ask for help and everyone on the floor didn’t want or act like they can’t help me..... I then ask for a manager but was told she was in the back..... unsure why they couldn’t get her to help me..... but I felt like this was VERY unprofessional.... not sure why 3 to 4 people are scheduled and no one knows what’s going on or willing to help..... I walked out the store very upset and disappointed..... I will not return to this store I will spend my money ELSEWHERE!!!!!! I refuse to beg for help..... this is a customer service job but to be honest THERE IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE......
I shop Big Lots alot. Good prices good place to get house hold stuff. Great rewards program.
