Switched service from Sprint to T-Mobile (which are combined) and have met 3 VERY helpful employees. NO complaints. I went back few times bc questions about my new phone. They (Mike, Jacob & Mercedes) all gladly helped on EVERY occasion. Thanks!

The workers are not knowledgeable about anything. I needed a car charger bad, I asked a simple question, please provide a car charger and charger cord that is compatible with my device. This guy started talking weird and sold me the item and quickly I returned back with the charger that wasn't close to being compatible with my phone. A waste of my time and I never received my refund back, thank God I still have proof of purchase.

Had the worst experience here in the past 5 years that I've been with T-Mobile ever. Will not be coming back here until the store manager, Michael is not employed here anymore.nnWe had a legimate exchange that was approved by tech support and Michael refused to complete the exchange . He made us feel like we were shortchanging him or robbing him and also made us feel poor. My wife legitimately felt concerned for her safety with how aggressive he was getting with her and the tmobile tech support rep on the phone .nnExtremely unprofessional and corporate should fire this man immediately.

One of the best Phone stores I've ever been in. The staff were super friendly, and very attentive to my needs. The ladies that helped me Mercedes and Mindi, are fantastic!!

I went in because of a problem with my phone, they were really nice and helpful, they told me what to do and my phone was fixed before I got home.
