Fairly okay service. It takes 2-4 days for it to come in which isn't bad. The game I've gotten so far come in pretty good condition and I've had fun with them.

Takes a long time for games to come in the mail you gotta wait 3 to 5 days then send it back 3 to 5 days they don't stock much of there games the reason I say this is because a lotta games that sell horrible are very low availability
I get way too many unreadable game disks from this location. They don't take care of the disks, they don't take out bad ones from circulation, they don't clean them, they don't maintain disks... something tells me they don't even look at the disks to verify they are good or bad. If they do they are absolutely terrible at it. For as much money as I spend on this company you would think they would have better service in that regard.nnIf you look at the picture I provided you will see white dots around the outer edge of the disk. Those are actually chips in the disk. The game would not play for long before it was unreadable. That was delivered to me. I paid for that game to be sent to me in such poor condition.nnThey need better delivery systems and to drop the USPS as they are terrible at delivering mail.
Sadly, Gamefly is not what it use to be. I had so many unreadable games, lost discs, games with low availability for months after a game comes out, etc. While their customer service was very pleasant, the company within it's self just isn't where it is anymore. I had to cancel my account. It's highly likely that in the next generation, things will go completely to streaming games. You are better off with the Xbox Game Pass.
