Tom and his crew were top notch! Tom, the owner, came to my home one evening and provided me with a detailed assessment and quote. He was fair and very honest with his assessment and did not try to get me to spend any unnecessary money. The install was timely and efficient and turned out better than my wife and I had hoped. We had a ring door bell and security light installed, two TVs hung, and an install of a large TV above our fire place. I highly recommend Custom Audio Works.
Store is poorly labeled, looks like a residential address with no clear signage of whether the entrance in the back is correct. Tried calling during business hours with no answer. Wasted 20 min drive.
Tom and everyone at the Custom Audio Works shop was excellent to work with. Very prompt and responsive to questions. The team hung our TV over an existing fireplace and moved electrical outlets to make sure everything was out of site and clean looking. Very pleased with the job.
