Rob was great to work with. The shop at home experience was super convenient. They replaced our existing kitchen floor which had snap in hardwood which had warped from moisture with a vinyl plank that not only looks great but handles any water in the kitchen without issue. Rob was very professional and provided helpful insights into our flooring project. He took his time to explain everything, was very patient with us as we were asking a lot of questions and asking to see the estimates in different scenarios. We have a lot of work being done on our house so we have seen a lot of contractors for different things, this was the best experience so far!
Rob was very professional, and courteous. He came to our house and walked us through every step that made us feel comfortable in our decision. He listened to our needs and wants, and was able to tailor fit the perfect carpet, pad, and installation to fit our budget. The product is very nice, and the work done, was done with care. Despite a small bump in the road during installation, Rob made sure to make it right and made sure we were happy.
