This place has nice furniture and with great prices! What's even cooler is that they deliver and at a reasonable cost, not to mention their delivery dates are quick! I could of had my sofa deliver the next day! Also, the people on the floor were really nice and helpful - the guy that rung me out for my order - Joseph - was really nice and funny!nI'll write about the delivery team when they come tomorrow.

My boyfriend and I bought a whole bedroom set, living room set, and kitchen table from here. We wanted this specific kitchen table but a couple days before our purchase they didn't have it so we were settling for our second choice. When it was time to purchase, the manager Joe, checked us out. He went above and beyond, staying past closing time to make sure our order was put in for next day delivery AND he made it possible to get our original first choice for a kitchen table!!! He is a pleasant and professional at his job! Thank again Joe! We definitely will be returning for other purchases.

My name is Lynn Stern and my husband Ken and I went into American Freight in Carnegie hoping to find some livingroom furniture and Larry greeted us right away asked us what we were looking for and I told him, and he was very nice and helpful, very welcoming. He made us feel very comfortable coming in and he was not someone who pressured us to buy he let us look around and get a feel for what we are looking for but Larry was close by if we had questions. When we were ready to by he was ready to make that happen and he was very helpful with the warranty on the furniture as well. I really felt good about purchasing my furniture from there thanks to Larry. We had a brief encounter with Chris and he was nice as well. They are both good guys and very good workers.

Great customer service, weird location ! I stopped in looking for a reasonable priced sectional or couch bigger than what I’ve got, winded up not having any luck on their sales floor, James I believe his name was, assisted me with other options with their online catalog finding my ideal “Big black Couch“ ! within my in the store I also spoke with the manager, John who was just as friendly! When I had questions on the payment program and stock dates, he thoroughly explained the details of how their payment program works. I’m usually hesitant to those type of things but I ended up getting approved ud83dude0a So thanks to them I have a new living room set on the way! They also have a sense of humor, so you have Fun shopping! I highly recommend

I would recommend this store for purchases of mattresses and furniture. There is a large selection of really nice products. Chris helped me with my purchase and he was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get into the store and walk around to see quite a big selection. The prices were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this store for mattress and furniture purchases.
