Had an excellent experience buying a 48 inch Fridge at American Freight. Danielle went over and beyond helping us with our purchase. She even arranged for extra help to come in and help us load. The price was extremely competitive and we feel secure with our purchase as we got a three year extended warranty. The fridge was about half price of retail and looks in pretty much perfect condition. Thank you American Freight!!!

Drove 3 hours from Columbus,OH to see what deals were available for my online business. #1. Awesome clearance prices on everything from new sheets, pots & pans, Snapper weed eaters, chainsaws, leaf blowers, generators, lawn tractor attachments, headphones, few toys (hot wheels sets) and lots more. Most items I got were 60-70% off the retail price. #2. Great prices on the appliances and with full manufacture warranties and they had freezers new in box. #3. Great customer service from “BUD”. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on all his in store products from the small items I bought to the large appliances. We bought more than we could carry and BUD volunteered to help carry our bags and boxes to the car. AAA+++ service.

Excellent customer service. The new fridge we bought came in broken but when we had it taken back the store manager worked an amazing deal with us on a replacement fridge. The delivery men were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to try to get the original fridge to work. I will definitely shop there again!

Great customer service from Sam. Will return for all of our appliances from here on out. The manager Danielle stepped in to help check us out so that Sam could help another customer. They make a really good team and really put the customer first. We had a good experience and recommend others to check out this location for a good deal and the service they provide. Great experience! Sam was fantastic! Took time to talk to us about refrigerators and suggested the model that would serve our needs. Also recommended how to make sure it works in a cold garage. Pickup was easy as well.
