Stayed on the phone waiting for a service rep to answer for 45 minutes. Hung up. Done. That is ridiculous.

I bought my previous phone from this store but recently I went to this store to buy a new iPhone walk-in but the security guard threatened me to go away otherwise they will call the police to arrest me. I had to go to Ross Park Mall and they were very polite and understandable.

Great service on a Sunday afternoon. Braden (spelling?) helped me get my iPhone 8 functioning. Thank you!

I had been twice to this store.... they not only do the discrimination but also the technicians who were assisting me could not resolve the issue but I had got the issue resolved at the Ross park mall apple store..they answer after 1 hr
