Highly recommend Pine Tree Wellness and Stephanie! I had their new core myofascial massage for my legs and it made a world of difference with my flexibility! Before the massage, I tried to touch my toes but could only reach my lower shin. But after I was able to reach the floor with most of my hands. Best part... I didn’t have any residual soreness. It’s an amazing technique and if you are struggling with flexibility, you should try this technique… Thanks Stephanie!
