I'm thoroughly pleased with every aspect of my interaction with the Sims-Lohman staff. Scheduling was easy and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The installers were professional, quick and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about caring for my granite countertop and left my kitchen clean after installation.
After ordering my cabinets and counter tops I received a phone call verifying my purchased and was asked to call and schedule them to measure for the counter after the cabinets were installed.. I got in touch with them and immediately they scheduled my appointment. I was extremely please at how easy the whole process was and how quickly they came, measured, and installed my counter tops. The men arrived the day of installation and were very professional and knowledgeable. The counter tops were more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. Thank you to everyone at Sims-Lohman for helping me create an amazing kitchen.
The reviews on here are very mixed but I personally had a wonderful experience! The price was amazing and they did a fabulous job with my counters from start to finish!!!
