We had vinyl flooring installed. From Nick and his team in flooring and their patience as we picked the perfect color, style and baseboard finishes, they were great. Young lady who measured was on time and polite. The delivery of the product the day before install was on time. The young men who came to tackle our old floor and install the new and never stopped once to complete the project in one day. The quality of the install exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Cranberry location.
Came back to Cranberry Twp, PA location to purchase display item after employee Thursday night told me it would have a 10% discount. When I came back today, they told me that I was mid-informed.nnI bought it anyway due to lack of inventory, but the manager of the department was very dismissive.nnNo offer of any kind of goodwill, etc.
Very sad experience. Went to get a garage door opener, Craftsman. The package looked like it was in good shape. Only to realize when I got home that was already opened. I was only planning to replace the motor unit. The rail for the garage door was missing and so were a few other essential parts. Obviously, someone returned the unit after they pilfered the parts that they required. Customer service placed the unit back on the shelf without checking to see if any parts were missing. Very bad customer service at Lowe's for allowing this to happen.
We own a fixer upper so we are here often. Friendly and helpful staff! Also, they are dog friendly!
Lowe's is my favorite of the big box DIY stores. The Cranberry Twp store has great people working there. This particular trip, however, I wasted time because the one particular thing that I wanted a young man told me they didn't carry it. When my anger and offense calmed down while walking the store, I remembered that employees in the summer had shown me how to look the item up on the website and the aisle and bay plus the quantity in stock would be at my fingertips. This young fellow is a bad apple in Lowe's world. Your trip will probably be better.
