I recently visited Mattress Firm in search of a mattress. I was met by Mark Foster who greeted me and listened to my needs and concerns. He showed me a couple items and was very knowledge and helpful in explaining the differences and shared his professional opinion based on my needs. I told him I would think about it and get back to him. Well today, I went back and discussed a few other options and budget limits. He was exceptional in finding me alternative option to meet my needs and budget and let me decide and was not pushy but rather helpful and informative. I left there today after purchasing a mattress an adjustable base that I know will be perfect for my needs and budget. The personalization and friendliness he showed me made my decision even easier. I would highly recommend this place and know I will be purchasing from them again in the near future
Had the most AMAZING experience. I had something in mind & Marianne helped me find something comparable & was AWESOME to work with. I really didn’t know what to expect buying a mattress because I’ve never bought one before. But Marianne really just made it the best experience.
My husband and I had a great experience while shopping for our new mattress. Robert and Marie were both helpful and knowledgeable. They were very patient and not pushy at all. Maria made sure we got the best deal possible while still getting what we wanted.
David Pavkovich at the Cranberry location was extremely helpful and kind. I didn't feel like he was pushing to sell me anything, and he got a more expensive mattress to fit within my budget. It was a great shopping experience, and I will recommend it to others.
My wife and I were very impressed by Marie’s (and all the staff’s) enthusiasm, professionalism, courtesy and knowledge in helping us get the right bed at a great price! No high pressure sales tactics here. They will be one of our first recommendations for friends and family that are looking for a mattress. ud83dude03
