We recently bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse. Our salesman, Russ was great. He put us through a diagnostic process to help us establish the best mattress for our needs. He took lots of time with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Russ scheduled our delivery date for 3 days after purchase. The delivery personnel were top notch. They handled our delivery professionally.
Had an awesome experience at this location! My wife and I went in not knowing what we wanted or what we were looking for, and the Bed Match worked perfect for us. We worked with Russ Wilbur, and he recommended we try out the Bed Match so that we could ensure a perfect fit. It narrowed our search down between 4 or 5 different mattresses based on our body type, pressure points and sleep positions, and we were able to find the perfect fit! Russ was great. He was knowledgeable and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Our delivery came as expected and we were thrilled! 10 Stars!!
