I bought a mattress today for my upcoming move out of state. An employee named Tom - who stated that he’s new there and I think mine might have been his first sale- helped me through the process and was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Not pushy at all!nnIf this was his first sale I can imagine he’ll continue to be a great employee during his time working there. Thanks Tom! I can’t wait to sleep in my new bed!
Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent Covid precautions also. I have not received my products yet so can not speak to delivery experience. Hopefully it will be as nice as the no pressure sales experience.
Jim Cohen was wonderful. I'm skeptical of sales people, but in this case Jim's efforts helped educate us and find what we need. Yes, we ended up spending more than we anticipated, but it's because we got a much nicer mattress than we originally thought we wanted, and Jim scraped his system to find and apply every possible discount and promotion. Most importantly, the mattress and accessories were delivered to us exactly when we asked them to be delivered, with none of the delivery hiccups that typically accompany major home appliance purchases. Jim did a good job and helped us a lot. We're grateful and would go back to him the next time we need a bed.
The purchase decision for our Mattress was a very enjoyable experience. Qualified expertise and insight on the different mattress was extremely helpful. Exceptional sales rep!
