We always find what we want here. Great selection. This time, Mary helped us negotiate a good deal on flexsteel products. I just wish our selection was readily available without the 2 month wait. And I feel that we should have gotten free delivery for the amount of our purchase. All-in-all a good experience.

Lots of options. Prices are decent if you get a sale. They said they have sales, frequently, which is encouraging. Salesforce is a bit too aggressive for my taste, though. Plus when I did ask for help, the man didn't have the knowledge of the inventory to provide suggestions. The layout of the store is such that you can basically explore and help yourself, though.

We went in the store about a month ago to buy living room furniture. We were in the store trying out different furniture for about 20 to 30 minutes and had several sales folks completely look past us. They talked to another couple who was also in the same area but not us. Several sales folks were standing around doing nothing. No one ever asked if we needed help. You lost a major sale. We left went to Lazy Boy and purchased three full leather electric love seats with all the electronic adjustments. I am sure whoever manages this store will understand how much that cost and what kind of a sale you lost. I am not sure if we did not look like we had enough money, maybe it was my long beard, maybe that I am overweight, maybe you don't understand that sometimes people are out and about not dressed to the nines. I will never puchase an item from any Levin furniture store ever. Do not shop at this store spend your money elsewhere.

In July my husband and I purchased a full master bedroom set with the expectation the furniture would come in September due to Covid-19. In September our furniture was pushed to October. Our sales associate gave us some excuse that other sales members steal items off his delivery list to fulfill their own and that he would work with his manager to makes sure this wouldn’t happen again.nnIn October we were told the second week of November, the second week of November we were told the third week of December. Finally, I expressed my frustration for the consistent delays they reassured we would get it this delivery because we were number 4 of 34 people and several pieces would be coming in this delivery.nnI called tonight. They said it was looking like January, but they wanted to take my number and call me back after checking a few things... needless to say no one called back... moral of the story we are currently paying for furniture we don’t have. If you want to buy furniture you’ll actually receive to use...don’t get it here!!!
