Nice furniture and good selection here. Was waiting to check out for a few minutes as both sales reps were helping other customers. They don't accept Apple / Samsung pay here, which is a disappointment with a pandemic ongoing. Nice people, but a bit inconvenient.

Zero stars if possible. Do not waste your money or time at this location. We have spent almost $30k on furniture over the last two years to only end up with incorrect orders, terrible customer service, and awful deliveries.nnThe couch and mirror were incorrectly ordered (thank goodness we caught the couch mistake before it processed), and we still haven’t been refunded for or gotten the correct order for the mirror (it’s been 3 months). The couch finally came today after 5 months. There was never an update from the store on when it would arrive, and we were originally told 6-8 weeks. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, we were treated as if this was somehow our fault. There has never been an apology or any kind of effort made to make the situation right.nnYou’ll pay for “white glove delivery service,” but in the end your house will be destroyed- our walls now need to be fixed and repainted, and our new wooden floor has huge chunks missing (which will also need replaced). For the last delivery, I took the day off of work, and the delivery team never even showed up.nnBottom line, you’ll pay a lot of money and get poor quality in return.

Susan is amazing and patient. Second time I’ve worked with her over the years and she is the best at design and pulling everything together. She will take all the time necessary to understand her clients theme/taste and really alleviates the stress involved. I would recommend Susan to anyone seeking such professional services.

Iufe0f have been shopping at Arhaus for years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their products and their customer service is amazing, specifically Judy Sciotto! Judy is not just a salesperson, she is a designer, and no one knows the store, the inventory, the possibilities better than she does. Judy enjoys getting to know her client’s needs and lifestyle and she will go above and beyond to ensure her clients goals are met and that they are completely satisfied with their shopping experience.
