Nathan and staff are always extremely knowledgeable and really help you with your furniture decisions. Many options to customize your order. Furniture is great quality and they go out of their way to make your shopping experience pleasant! Highly recommend Room Concepts when you're in the market for furniture.
Room Concepts has true customer service. The sales people are helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy or on top of you when waking the showroom floor. They have a large, diverse collection of furniture from top quality manufacturers and having the ability to customize your pieces is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place and specifically the Wexford, PA location.
Salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable. Love their brands, especially Smith Bros... well made furniture and made in USA! Always feel that I am getting a great value for my $!
What a pleasing and fun shopping experience! Marcie provided us with just the right amount of feedback to help me us choose the perfect couch and chair in the ideal fabric and pattern for us. Our only regret is that we should have came here first.
