The Cranberry store on Rt 228 is just fabulous. Morgan, Devin and Jess are so professional, knowledge and just plain nice. Buying the phone this time was actually enjoyable! Great individuals.

Purchased new phones from here, some issues on my end (nothing that tcc did). However, Jeremy did more than expected to accommodate me. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable are a few words to describe the staff here. I'm pleased with the level of customer service they provide here.

So happy with the service! Morgan was my representative. He was perfect. After an absolutely horrific experience with Verizon Wireless online representative yesterday, I came to this location today. Morgan rectified the issue in minutes, apologized for my experience with the online rep, explained why it may have happened (without throwing the company under the bus), and turned the awful experience yesterday into a pleasant one today. We have been with Verizon for nearly two decades. Last night I was ready to switch. Verizon Wireless...if you read this... you need many more employees like this young man. He did his job, took care of the customer and guarded the company as well. Thank you Morgan!

Great service. Sales people (Morgan I think helped me) were truthful and honest. Made no hesitation to call other stores for product availability. There was a little bit of up selling but not pushy, more informative. I purchased my phone online (not associated with Verizon) but they were more than willing to help me with it.
