We just visited the Cranberry Twp T-mobile store and had the WORST customer service I've ever had in my life. Patrick, the store manager, was down right rude to my daughter and I.

If I could leave a 0 I would. The manager was not concerned with our issue which transpired days after covid hit. They don't care. They won't call. We patiently waited until the store we purchased at opened. They told us we have to go to a corporate store, which this store is. Here we are told. Too late. You lose.nnGoing back to verizon
