Had a backup camera installed in an Audi A4. OEM look and great functionality. The owner Marty was very attentive with the request. He even called personally about the camera order to confirm all was correct with the request. The installer Sean was phenomenal in making sure the install was done correctly. Outstanding customer service! I had a remote car starter installed last month and there was a small issue after installation. Called back and it was taken care of immediately with no fuss. The technician was knowledgeable on the task at hand but also humble enough to be willing to admit to the mistake. The problem was taken care of in a professional manner and for that and the quality of my new remote starter (nustart 7501 I believe) ciniemagic deserves 5/5 starts!

I got a automatic starter on my tacoma. I couldn’t be more pleased. The installation was perfect and the customer service was great. Total time was about 3 hours and that was only because there was a car ahead of me and he was still working on. This shop was recommended by the Toyota dealer so what more could you ask for.
