Wexford Violin Shop

I had called earlier in the week to confirm when I could pick up an instrument, set up my rental on their website, and that was that! I picked up the violin to rent last Saturday, with some of the additional things like a stand, the Suzuki book 1, and a shoulder rest. Everything was perfect, tuned, and ready to go. I was in and out in about 10 minutes or less, with all my questions answered.nnIt's also very affordable since I'm just trying out the violin (although I make music for a living), and it's $5 for the first 4 months and $15 starting the 5th month. From what I understand, they make their own instruments and they're absolutely beautiful!

Very bad experience, does everyone know the return policy in the store? I had been the customer of the store for about one and half years, we don't know the return policy, and they just put the return policy in front of the cash desk after we challenge the return policy notification. Maybe some old customer should know the changes they had made after March 2020, because they want to use the pictures for my suit to them. In the afternoon 12/5/2020, when I still tried to negotiate the return chance, they refused us and didn't care about the problem of the violin, though our purchasing violin is still in the warranty time, he refused to check the violin and called the police department to let us leave. I will update all the experience later.

Excellent service. Reasonable rental rate for a quality student-level instrument.
