Went in looking for some help and information about hybrid pianos and was delighted by the personal experience that I had. The staff is not only knowledgable, but they are very nice and honest people. I did not have to worry about being sold to, it seemed like the staff was more interested in finding me something that would fit me best as opposed to selling what would make them the most money. I did not buy anything so I feel kind of guilty, so I'll give five stars to make up for it, haha.

Store manager, Charles set up everything for us: budget, payment options, delivery, tuning, and cleaning .. etc, that we all needed. It’s more than we expected and we’re fully satisfied with all the options that Modern Piano provided. I strongly recommend someone in Pittsburgh area to visit Modern Piano and see any options for you. Charles exactly understood what we were concerned about and took take care of everything. We’re willing to purchase the second piano from Modern Piano for our kid in the future. Everything was smooth and quick, even for both piano delivery and tuning, which were perfect for us!!

From the moment we walked in the door at Modern Piano, we were pleased. Charles, the General Manager, was there to answer all our questions. He did a wonderful job explaining the many details, and demonstrating the various options of their well supplied inventory. We left the store very satisfied with all our questions answered and treated with respect and kindness. Our next trip, was to purchase the piano. Once again, kudos to Charles and Cindy (one of the owners.) They were kind, efficient, and very easy to work with. The delivery was flawless. The men were professional and easy to work with. After delivery, Dave (the other owner) and his son, came to our home to get everything set up correctly with the disklavier, and answer any additional questions. I highly recommend Modern Piano if you are in the market.
