I visit waddells every few weeks or so, typically just for new strings, but they always have a good supply and competitive prices.nA few years ago I was in the market to buy a new electric guitar and Waddells had this beautiful purple ESP. When I want to buy it the person at the counter told me an ESP rep would be on site in a few weeks and the guitars would be %20 off. They did not have to tell me that. I was there and willing to pay full price. I wanted the purple one though, and they only had one so I wanted to buy it now and not worry that it would be sold during the event. They let me purchase the guitar then come back on the sale date and get the %20 discount refunded!! If that's not steller customer service I don't know what is.nThey also had a tech set up my guitar when I bought it. Great value, great service, great people.

Great guitar shop. They've done tune up and repair work on both my electric and acoustic guitars. Helpful, patient guys on staff. Nice to have a place like this nearby
