This storage facility has the best employees who go out of their way to help you out when in need! Both Victoria and Aaron are fantastic reps and talk to you with respect and dignity!! I highly recommend this location and business! I was in a pinch to find a unit in a timely fashion, Aaron totally made this happen within a few hours. Victoria has wonderful customer service and is just so polite! Great place, and I highly recommend! Thanks guys!!!
The cleanest, nicest, climate controlled storage facility in Thurston County. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the prices competitive and such easy accessibility in and out. I've seen so many options and these new units are prefect for providing a place for your valuables.
I picked this facility because wanted a climate controlled unit to protect our furniture. I was not disappointed. The units are clean and dry. The personnel are very helpful. I highly recommend Cubesmart in Lacey!

I always appreciate when I come in and the front desk associate Aaron helps me out all the time! One of the most helpful people and he’s been there several times when I forgot my code or forgot to pay my bill! He even was super nice when I had a mental breakdown in the parking lot lol.
