Telling somebody to YouTube how to hook up the full length car trailer probably is a liability. I think having fully trained employees is not only important, but nothing screams lack of professionalism like being told to “YouTube” it and figure it out on your own because we have no clue.

I like Penske Truck over Uhaul but this location in Home Depot has no idea what they're doing. Go to a different location! We had nothing but issues.
