First time storage user and I’m in love!nI had two amazing employees (Danielle and Gene), who were so helpful and useful. They were incredibly accommodating, funny, and laid out everything super clear for us! They were able to easily upgrade us and find us a storage that was on the floor level within minutes. This place is new and not at full capacity so our unit was in tip top shape. They have an amazing move in promotion too that saved us nearly $100 a month for 3 months! If we weren’t moving overseas, I would use them over and over again. But I’m looking forward to this for the next few months!!!
I found this place online, while I was still driving my truckful of belongings from Texas to Lacey. The online reservation was very smooth and easy. When I checked in at the office, the agent was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I inspected my unit, I found the whole site to be clean and very secure. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience, and would heartily recommend Lacey Self Storage to anyone who needs storage space!
My experience was awesome. I showed up 10 minutes to closing time and she didn't hesitate to help me with what I needed. She showed me two units to see which one would fit my needs and then we went through all the paperwork. Explain to me fully how to use my code and showed me how to use the lock provided. I was very pleased
This is a new storage facility. It has easy access in Lacey. Danielle’s service was superb.
Great spot for RV or trailer. It's covered, has a 30amp plug in, and thus area is on the middle of the complex so change of mice is very low.
