Matt and Drew went above and beyond our expectations when we decided to switch over from Sprint. they handled everything professionally and treated us like family. When my wife went down to the store to set up the account initially, she watched Matt interact with an elderly gentleman who needed help. Matt treated him like he was his own grandfather. It is so wonderful to see people in retail who actually care about their customers and show it. if you want to be treated right, please go here. they will take care of you and make sure things are done right the first time.

amazing customer service. i was just there yesterday and thankful that during the pandemic they could still help me out, with proper face masks and precautions in order too. They were able to transfer and activate my new phone, with free new sim card. very helpful and friendly. thanks again!
