Well, it used to be Sprint, but we know now who the bigger partner in the merger was. Despite the change, as a 24 yr Sprint customer I was treated with complete respect and my concerns for the visit were remedied in an expedient fashion. It doesn't matter who puts their name on the door, a client is a client and my issues were resolved professionally and with a smile. I am now a proud T Mobile customer.

@sprint I stopped in for a glass replacement. GalaxynS10+. The staff were super polite and were able to fix my phone fast. I'm so thankful that I have chosen Sprint ud83cudfc3‍♂ufe0f. Thanks again. Your all amazing and hope you get to see this post. It was the first place I've visited since the reopen. All employees were following the guidelines to still provide their amazing service.

Was looking to transfer my 10 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. This was my first ever stop into anything other than a Verizon store in 15+ years. Upon walking in there was no acknowledgement of my presence or any other customer who walked in after me, I feel this is a huge issue in CS and sales. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the sales rep started waiting on a female customer who walked in after me and I was ignored. Hopefully all T-Mobile stores are not like this, and by seeing the 1 star rating reviews I’m not the only one. Hopefully the manager can start something in his/her store for greeting customers.

Best sprint store ever...staff is very cordial and organized I would only go to this store for whatever I may need other locations don't exist to me.
