Conveniently located, friendly team members, not crowded, spacious store, well illuminated and products displayed well. Been here a few times and always had a positive experience. Thank you Team TMobile at East Liberty Shopping Center.

I had a great experience with this store. When I went in on Monday, asking for a new phone, they were quick to help me with the process. While they didn't have the specific phone I was looking for in stock, they ordered it with no additional charges and the phone arrived two days later! They helped me set up the phone and made sure all my data transferred. And while they clearly explained all of the options I had for protection plans, accessories, etc, they were very respectful and didn't push when I made my decisions. All in all, would absolutely continue to use them for all my phone needs!

Great Staff. I was in today and had an issue with my Outlet for my earphones. The guys and the new lady sorry I don't remember there names did a great job and fixed my phone.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was great! I got a phone and a tablet and the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me hooked up with the right devices for me. I am so happy I went there and would highly recommend this store.
