Says it opens at 10 am 45 minutes later still no answer!

I rented a beautiful sectional w/tables and lamps I've had it for over a yr and get compliments from everyone who stops in..as of today I'm also renting a 60in flat screen TV (HD) and other fantastic options..only 1.00 down and cheap monthly payments..my 50in is older and going in daughters room..I'm sooo very excited for my delivery and ofcourse they set everything up..Arrons employess treat you like family they also go above and beyond to help you choose what you're looking for and if it's not in their store they order what you want and you have it within a couple of days..Thank you so much for my georgous living room also flat screen that will complete my room!!!

Called to get basic information regarding furniture rental. Christina did not know how to obtain that information, she spent a number of minutes talking to herself on the phone with me on the other line. I asked to speak with a manager who might know. They came on the phone and also were unsure how to give an estimate. Then, unprompted, the manager began telling me which pieces of furniture they do not carry, like a chair. I thanked him for his time and decided to take my business elsewhere.
