We bought a Purple mattress here last year. The salesmen were super helpful, especially when we asked if they had military discounts. They helped us find a King Sized Purple 4 that was returned, we got it for basically half off. One year later we are loving our mattress like it's the first day. We're glad we went into the store to try out the 4 different purple mattresses as opposed to ordering online without testing them first.

We had a lovely experience last night. She helped us find what we were looking for without overloading us with too many options and respecting our budget. In the end we actually got something a little different than we expected to buy and are quite excited! She even helped us use the best discounts to get a great price. Delivery is supposed to come on Sunday so we have not received the product yet, but the store experience was wonderful.

We stopped in a couple months ago to look at mattresses and had a great, no pressure experience with Dennis. When we stopped in today, ready to purchase, Dennis was very helpful again and honored the previous price quote to get us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Thank you.

I strongly recommend Mattress Firm in Lacey. I was unsure what I wanted and Dennis was very thorough and patient. He asked lots of questions about the position I slept in and any health issues (like acid reflux or sleep apnea) that could affect my sleep. He then had me test several and had me lay on the ones I liked for several minutes to ensure there were no pressure points. No rush, no hurry, no hard sale, just extremely helpful. I didn’t make a decision that day but came back the next week and Dennis remembered me and my preferences. He gave me a great deal as well. Definitely check them out

Great and friendly staff. Both Ty and Dennis 'Moses' are outstanding people. Ty was our salesperson and she answered questions that I may not have already researched prior to going into the store. I already had a mattress in mind and she helped my decision making more positive. I felt no sales pressure whatsoever. They were very easy to work with.
