I had a graduation/4th of July party and one week before the event my 7 yr old refrigerator stopped working. I had tons of food in my fridge and freezer and didn't know what to do. Called 3 Rent-A-Centers with all kinds of excuses and no one to help me. Called RAC in New Ken and Chelsie told me to give her 10 min and she would have one for me. And she did!!! Jay and Donald delivered to me by 4:00 that day. I can never thank them enough. I don't know what I would have done except lose all that food and would have had to cancel the event. With the COVID-19 we were not able to get a fridge for a month and I was able to rent that one so we didn't have to live out of coolers for a month. Chelsie, Jay and Donald went way beyond what they are expected to do. I was probably the happiest customer they ever had. Thank you Chelsie, Jay and Donald. You 3 are great! RAC, they all need a big raise cause they are all awesome!! This is what customer service is!! Thank you again.

Got a laptop through them it needed repairs and it took almost 3 months to get it back. When we did get it back they had the wrong charger for it. It's been another almost three months and still don't have a charger for it. This is ridiculous. So unprofessional
