We needed a new mattress and box spring so we went into mattress depot! We were instantly warmly welcomed by Casey. He was more than helpful and made sure the bed we chose met all of our needs. Very personable and didn’t treat us like a normal salesman would. He then gave us a good deal on some mattress covers to keep the mattress fresh! I will be coming back for any mattress needs. Ray was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We were shopping for a disabled person on a budget - he took the time to do the research and to help us pick out the best possible option for the best possible price. Not only did he take the time but he was sincerely vested in what we needed and made sure we made the right choices! I could not have asked for a better customer service and I will tell anyone I know to go see Ray. When the delivery team came- Chris and Tre were the best! On time, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions and do a in depth demo to make sure we understood how the adjustable frame worked. This has been a great experience- I can’t say enough good things!

Lenny was vary helpfull. Shipping at other competitors was four to five months out. The process was vary quick. I received the product I wanted. Without any hassle. Next day delivery. I really felt like family. He was vary friendly. I would trust this guy with my own mother. They got along great. I can't thank him enough for helping me shop for a new bed. Eric Horton was very professional and knowledgeable about mattresses. It is hard to spend a lot of money on something that you only sit on for a couple minutes and don't know how it will be after the fact, but he took the time to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and help me get a good bed. I am now sleeping better than I ever have. I truly appreciate his safe professional attitude.
