This is the most poorly run establishment in the entire gaming industry. The staff at this location are the most inadequate employees to disgrace the workforce. THIS STORE DOES NOT RELEASE NEW TITLES. They only have pre-owned inventory. Twice I have gone to this location to get a newly released title, and they simply do not have it. They keep blaming COVID, saying that they don't get the titles in stock. I know personally it's the manager's duty to order inventory. I WANTED to give this place over a hundred dollars of my money, they couldn't FIND a way to give me the NEWLY RELEASED games. Gamestop is everything that is wrong with retail. I'd take a bullet for EB games to come back!!!!

Love this GameStop, I won’t go to another GameStop. The employees are knowledgeable on everything and they are very polite. They actually answer the store phone when someone calls, they don’t take it off the hook like the GameStop in Fox Chapel. They all are great with kids I have 3 boys ages are 14, 11, and 8 and my kids ask a lot of questions about video games and the employees answer honestly. Like I said I will never go to another store.

I really like the Lower Burrell store! I’ve been going there for years and have never had a bad experience! Everyone is always nice and helpful! I will continue to shop there!
