Metro by T-Mobile

This place is nothing but a joke. They'll overcharge you on phones even with an upgrade and charge you 4 times activation fee for 2 phones then never credit you back anything. I bought 2 new phones and have nothing but problems with service and they fail to fix it or do anything about. Don't deal with the guy Rob there he will Rob you. Like he did me. Even after I went back and talk to a manager he grabbed my phone and hung up on metro customer service when I tried to correct the situation

I loved the personal touch of the clerk who carefully explained my options.

This location in tarentum he was pretty good. My deal was robo calls, he knew just what to do to take care of it and explained it to me also. He is a definite asset to the company.

Fast friendly service. But really no selection of products such as new phones and accessories. They are constantly telling me that they are sold out everytime I have gone there
