Nice clean store only one guy working stood inside for 15 minutes still didn't get any help...

Beware of Michael Bickel who works there. The guy is a total crook with zero integrity. I would recommend a different carrier, and not using these scammers.

William was the Verizon consultant that helped me ! He was very knowledgeable about the phones I inquired about !! He was patient and allowed me to take my time in deciding if I wanted to purchase a new phone at this time. I finally decided on the Samsung S-20+5g. William is a great asset to the Verizon family !

What a great staff to help you from beginning to end! John and Michael have been super helpful over the last 6 years or so. Now with the addition of Kaysie as another manager and Bill to round out an A+ crew, this store beats them all! They are truly above all others in info, patience, knowledge of products and help, coordinating individual needs and plans. Kudos to this team! They're TERRIFIC!
