I am extremely glad I went here. The woman who helped me find a new mattress was amazing!! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Literally the best experience I've had buying a mattress. I am definitely going back when its time to get my kids new mattresses!!
Chrissy and Charles were absolutely wonderful helping us find the perfect bed. We are new to the area and were a bit skeptical coming to a new place with no background in mattresses, but they didn't try to upsell us on anything. They listened to what we wanted and gave us the different options with no pressure. Love it and will be back!

I have been a fan of Mattress Ranch since I moved to Washington in 2014. I have several mattresses from them, and they are still going strong. I went in to the Lacey store this weekend and despite all of the recommendations for face coverings, and the county requirement for masks, the sales woman was mask free and was challenged to stay 6 feet away. I did not buy a new mattress, and now I need to decide if it was a fluke, and try again or if I just order one online. $99 return fee from the other guy is $$$thousands less than it would cost me in medical bills.
