I work remotely from home. My IT department helped me diagnose the problem . Called Steve, he was able to direct me for a temporary fix. He came out the same day. Got information needed. Called when he said he would kept me updated on the process. Came back when he said he would. Had him fix a second laptop. Very pleased with his service. Will definitely use in the future for any PC problems. Thank you Steve!

I had a nightmare on my hands as I was a victim of online fraud including my computer being infected with ransomware and malware. I called Steve and he was able to fix everything, from removing viruses to resetting the computer.
