Mor Furniture for Less

Nice, huge store, big variety. But most of all roxanne is awesome. I have a broken ankle and she went completely out of her way to be sure i was comfortable. Her customer service was great.nMy wife and i left with a great furniture set and two dining room chairs. I recommend asking for roxanne when you go to mor furniture in lacey.

Dwayne was phenomenal, he remembered us from the first time we were in pricing couches and when we were back to finally make a purchase he gave us time to browse, wasn’t pushy, and got us all squared away. I felt like I was working with someone who genuinely cared and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He is a phenomenal associate and I am very happy I got to work with him! Thank you!

The store was easy to find/easily accessible. Entering the store, it was clean, well lit, and displayed well.nWe were approached by a young salesman, Michael, who asked if we had visited before and gave us a quick rundown of the store. He asked if we had any specific questions. He was easy mannered, polite, professional and genuine. We told him we would call him over when needed. Throughout the store he made himself available to us for various questions, and found great answers to them.nAfter awhile he excused himself to answer another customer's questions.nWe did have a momentary situation with a cocky salesman who was pushy, loud and arrogant, but asked to work with someone else and Roxanne assisted us throughout the rest of our purchases.nEach of the staff were friendly and with the one exception, professional without being overwhelming.nI would suggest to management that the gentleman in question, who he GM was aware of, was walking through the store on his phone, with the caller on speaker. He was the epitome of a used car salesman.nBased on the overall experience, we will be back.

We had a great experience with Dwayne as we bought a bed for our daughter. We got what we were looking for at a good price, but unfortunately we were told we had to wait for it to be ordered and for it to arrive- 5 weeks. Five weeks came and went with no phone call or e-mail updates. I went in to check to see if it had arrived and had a much less friendly experience. Dwayne said that most of the bed had arrived, but the side boards had not arrived here. When I asked to see if I could take home the headboard and parts that there as I wanted to paint them a different color. Dwayne then argued that you can’t put a bed together with missing sideboards. When I stated that I understood that, but I would like to get started on what was there, I was then told that they weren’t there in the store yet they were really at the warehouse in Kent and I could drive to Kent if I wanted to pick them up. The situation is understandable except for the lack of notification on the delay, but the tone and argumentative attitude wasn’t appreciated when we drove back to the store for an update. You guys can do better.

Dwayne was available to help but didn’t hover - which is really nice when furniture shopping. I had lots of questions and wanted to move furniture on the showroom and he was gracious with us. Because we took so long to consider, he worked well past the end of his shift. Overall, it was a really good buying experience and I’m sure that had a lot to do with the service from Dwayne.
