The guys josh and Joseph(?) were really nice. But the store has some definite issues. There was no grand central to get a code from my device I was turning in, and no internet to connect to so I could transfer data. The transaction took an obscene amount of time and it wasn’t their fault, you see it spinning trying to load. These third party stores need to invest in their success, because stuff like this gets them bad reviews and it’s not their fault. I think they should be applauded for keeping their cool when nothing was working
I didn't get a survey. So I decided to write a review about the store. Every one in the store I've ever interacted with has been great. I truly like the flow of the sale even with current Covid times. I like the Tmobile brand as a whole but I'll skip out going to the T-mobile closer to me to hit this one up.nWish I could have bought a display accessory but I will enjoy the new watch. Thank you all so much!

Well I understood policies and all but when I tried to at least exchange a new power cord for the right one that I was sold at your location I was told sorry it has Been to long since I bought it there was no let's see what we can do the cords had only been out of the box once I'm dissapointed as a long time T-Mobile customer I will just go back to my usual store
