Dear AT&T - You have a young man by the name of Elijah who you need to keep your eye on. This young man (20 years old) had some of the best customer service skills of anyone I’ve ever seen and I used to have 70 employees of my own in customer service rolls. He was extremely professional, yet friendly. I live out of state and popped by here (due to a cracked screen) and he got everything filed and setup for me right away. I wish I had a position available for him right now to take him under my wing. Outstanding young man. You should be proud.
I had left my phone in the Martin Way/Kase Keller dr store bathroom Friday the manager, Mark had secured my phone and put it in office until I could get it. ! Very Honest employee, thank you !
1 guy to help everyone. Don’t come in here if you have plans, because you’re going to be waiting forever. Also looked up the cases hanging on the walls, to price match. These guys are literally asking twice as much as everyone else. Like AT&T isn’t gutting us enough on our phone bills already. ud83eudd26♂ufe0f
I had some issues with my phones and some billing issues but all of them were handled very well the service was great. The staff were very receptive and quick to resolve them. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again
