I love Best Buy as a whole. This store was clean. I went in for one thing. The checkout staff were welcoming and friendly but while I was standing at the racks looking for a charging cord for my phone, nobody bothered to welcome me or ask if I needed help but they asked someone else nearby. Fortunately, I knew what I was looking for.
So I got a bill from best buy. (Not working right now) then on my bill I was charged a late fee.nI explained I did not purchase anything and they say I am on auto charge.nAnyways I'm very very unhappy with this.nHowever the person they actually helped me over the computer had such great customer service I'm happy with that!!!
Always have a great experience, there is a young gal with dyed red hair that always helps my Wife and I with our purchases. She's awesome definitely keep her around. I believe her name is Selena
The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The young woman at the costumer service desk could have been more cordial and more interested in actual customer service. But the sales staff is always great.
Staff was not very knowledgeable. You better know what you are looking for before you go.
