Dillon is a great manager , always answers any questions I have. I followed him over from the Yelm store to Marvin. We drive 30 minutes to go see him now. My husband and I have been buying phones and products from him for the past 5 years and never disappoints me. He always remembers who we are, he’s Very detailed with going over my phone plan , cost out the door and helping me set up my new phone/ transferring data from my old phone. Can’t wait until Black Friday to go upgrade our phones and snag a iPad or two from him ! If you ever need help getting a new phone or tablet make sure to ask for Dillon ! He’s the best !

Walked in and not a single word was said to me not a hello nothing yes they were serving other customers but could of at least acknowledged that I was in the store. Sat there for 30 mins and finally walked out because there was 3 people ahead of me who have been waiting awhile for someone to help them.

Majority of time will have only two employees working. They will say they'll be right with you, and will instead assist customers who were here earlier and step back in. Was told by one employee that he would like to help a customer who came back and that it would only take two minutes. In reality, it took twenty minutes, even though I informed him I had another appointment to get to in an hour. Ended up waiting approximately an hour for assistance. They are also out of a lot of things like phone cases and phones themselves. Also, found out that phones I had thought I ordered a week ago were never ordered! Terrible location. Instead, go to a licensed dealer; or better yet, go to another provider because if you have to call customer service, be prepared for the most frustrating experience of your life! By far, Verizon is worse than Comcast.

I got a chrome book plus and so far it works great. It looks like a little laptop but becomes a tablet as well. I like Verizon because of there products, security and phone signal which by the most part gets signal. At my house, the signal sssskkk. Everywhere else its great

I went in and asked for help trying to pair my phone with my car. Chad stepped up and got me sorted out! Thank you for taking the time to help me!! What a wonderful company!
