The gal at the check-out was nice, but the manager was something else. She had to check the item, website, and prices multiple times when we did a price adjustment! Not only was she rude, she left us waiting multiple times and took a very long time. By the time we left the store it was getting dark!

I am a T-12 parapalegic, it takes me 2-3 times the energy to walk! I don't wear a mask for a virus with a 98% survival rate!! This won't be the first of it, i will write to L&I, the BBB, also letters to the ADA!! Point being is, you all wear masks!! People go in and out touching everything, i didn't see someone right behind them sanitizing! Wearing a mask isn't a law!! Its for people who can't think on their own!! Inslee cannot make laws out of the clear blue! Pretty sad what this has come too! By the way, go to office max for your needs. They have common sense and understand that not everyone can wear a mask! Also the government is not in charge of my healthcare, inslee should be more worried about small business shutdowns and Boeing leaving!! 98% survival rate, unless you have underlying health conditions! No one has died of just covid!! Sheep!

I am mask exempt due to health issues and they refused to serve me even after proving i was exempt. Pute discrimination!!!!

Sales & Service Manager, Jon Chastain, went above what I would have considered great customer service to exceptional customer service. I purchased a computer and Jon put anti virus software on it, got my email set up, and even helped me carry it to my car. I am 86 and Jon was aware that I need extra help with understanding how to work my new computer. He was patient with me and put my email icon on the desktop. Thank you so much for your assistance.
