Just went in to this store to upgrade my Note 9 under Sprint. I was told to cancel my service if I wanted an upgrade. We left the store and went directly to the AT&T store in Lacey, WA and received amazing customer service!!!!!
I was really surprised to see this store here. It's great having Sprint and T-Mobile together now there are more stores!
I thought I wanted to switch to sprint, but what a nightmare it has been. I never even touched the devices they were shipped into the store after I had called to not receive them. I followed their protocol and went into the store and listened to the annoying girl clicking all over the screen for a half hour. She said I was good my devices were denied and returned and I would receive my $47 refund in 7-10 business days. What a little liar she turned out to be. I proceeded to call sprint customer service about a month ago that said they have had many complaints about this store. Today I woke up to a bill of $1,400 because my account still hasn’t been handled. I hope this store gets shut down.
The three stooges would give far superior service than the Lacey corp store. Do not buy a Lg thing g8x without the understanding that if anything goes wrong with it (cracked screen, etc.) that parts and service are unavailable. A replacement phone is the only option.
The ladies at this store are fantastic! Best customer service I’ve seen in ages. They made getting a phone upgrade easy AND saved me $ on my monthly bill. They’re the best! I won’t go anywhere else!
